We consciously choose to keep our team small as we believe that it is important to have a highly skilled, carefully selected team in order to achieve the highest level. The individual and daily care for our horse accompanied by a positive work environment is what compliments our daily routine. 

By the way: We regularly offer placements for apprentices! We strive to insure that our apprentices are qualified to the best of their abilities and we are well known for our apprentices being rewarded for their excellence in their final examinations.
